We've met this guy playing in halo Reach. He's a great communicator and team player. I would like to bring him up soon for reach and start competing on that once we finish with BFBC2.

I think we should have a head officer meeting and discuss different recruiting situations...I think you should be able to recruit a guy strictly for Halo without our input...Maybe even make your own officers for just that game...We can have an overall ranking system that overrides all games, but maybe have one strictly for the game we are involved in. But in order to do that we have to discuss positives and negatives to doing this.

He seems cool. Only thing I've notice is he's a bit quite. He defiantly doesn't betch about being killed, which is nice. But he rarely speaks up to call where ppl are etc. Betching can get annoying, trust me I do it. But would rather have a guy betch a lil but still call out ppl along the way. Then not saying anything at all.

we all need to work on our communication. I know I'm probably the most guilty about yelling unnecessary complaints and bogging down the chatter. I'm going to work on that. Maybe with more room to communicate he may talk more. If everyone else is talking he may have given up on trying to do so.
